Barr-Reeve baseball team wins over Vincennes Rivet 10-0
   The Barr-Reeve baseball team traveled to Vincennes Rivet and won 10-0 in five innings over Vincennes Rivet on Wednesday afternoon. Luke Harmon pitched for the Vikings and allowed just three hits and struck out five in pitching the shut out. Shawn Graber had a two-run homerun in the first inning as well as a triple in the fifth inning.  Kyle Survance also hit a homerun for the Vikings.  Ryan Graber, Justin Stoll and Josh Swartzentruber also had extra bases for the Vikings. Seven of the nine starters had hits in the game   The Vikings improved to 3-2 on the season while Rivet dropped to 0-3.  

Barr-Reeve baseball team holds on to win at Shoals 11-8
   Barr-Reeve baseball team won their second consecutive conference game with a hard fought win over Shoals on Friday 11-8.  Shoals scored two runs in the first and one in the second inning to lead 3-0, but Barr-Reeve came back with four runs in the top of the fourth to take the lead 4-3.  Shoals tied it at 6 all in the fifth before Barr-Reeve got four more in the sixth and one more in the seventh.  Justin Stoll started on the mound but just went one inning as Shawn Graber came on and pitched till the fifth inning.  Shawn Graber was relieved by Brandon Graber who went until two outs in the sixth inning when Luke Harmon came on and retired the side and shut Shoals down in the seventh to preserve the win.  Harmon also had two doubles on the day and picked up the save on the mound.  Justin Stoll had three hits on the day, and Shawn Graber also had a double for the Vikings.  Barr-Reeve improved to 4-2, and Shoals dropped to 2-4 on the Season.

Vikings lose two games in Dubois Tourney
   Barr-Reeve baseball team lost to Edgewood 5-3 and to Perry Central 7-1 in a tourney at Northeast Dubois on Saturday.  The Vikings trailed 1-0 after six innings before Edgewood scored four runs in the top of the 7th.  Barr-Reeve came up with two in the bottom of the seventh, but it was not enough.  Brandon Graber and Shawn Graber led Barr-Reeve with two hits each.  Justin Stoll started for the Vikings and took the loss. Brandon Graber came on in relief in the 7th inning.   Edgewood improved to 3-3, and the Vikings dropped to 4-3.
   In the game against Perry Central, the Commodores scored a run in the first, two in the second and third innings to build a 5-0 lead against starting pitcher Kyle Survance.  Beau Sluder came on to pitch in the 7th inning and retired all three batters while striking out two of the three he faced.  Survance took the loss. Barr-Reeve dropped their record to 4-4, and Perry Central improved to 3-5.
